Enzo Community by Design

The Enzo Difference
We believe everyone deserves affordable, comfortable and secure places to live, get away and retire. In other words, smarter living.

What we do
Everything we do falls out of that fundamental belief. As result, in our Lifestyle Communities, we offer affordable housing in low-maintenance, less-hassle communities for families, couples or individuals tired of high monthly mortgage payments, renting or the politics of condo living.

Our Lifestyle Communities provide quiet, secure, and relaxing neighbourhoods ~ a perfect solution for people transitioning into retirement or fully retired. Our RV Resort is for those looking for easier getaways and home-away-from-cabins that they don’t need more time off to recover from, or a second job to pay for.

How we do it
When you turn so many people’s dreams into realities, the question is inevitable. How is it possible for us to offer communities and getaways that are more affordable, lower-stress AND maintenance free? The answer, in our residential communities, is always the same: Community byDesign Solutions ~ When you buy a home  in one of our Lifestyle Communities, or in one of our Cottage & RV Resorts, you don’t have to buy the lot it’s on, so it becomes a lot less expensive to own.

For those looking for a short-term getaway in one of our RV campgrounds or in their own Park Cabin or RV, we offer beautiful places that are lovingly maintained to stay that way. Combine that with expertly managed facilities and activities, and you’ve got destinations that are guaranteed to become places in the heart, year after year.

In all of our properties we rigorously maintain industry-leading levels of customer service and an unswerving commitment to building exceptional community spirit. Professionals at Enzo byDesign Centres keep up-to-date on marketplace developments, trends, consumer preferences, and a host of other things that are vital to being able to provide families with professional, caring and efficient service.
